During the last a30 years the demand for ,materials and technologies based on polyurethane chemistry is growing globally in construction /civil engineering industry.

This could be fully attributed to unique properties of spray elastomer coatings based on polyurea (polycarbamide)-one of the most advanced polyurethane technologies of protection for structural units.

Polycarbamide coating applying:

Polycarbamide coatings EXTRAPLAN could be applied on any surfaces by hi-pressure dosing equipment which could guarantee heating and separate supply of components under high pressure

Distinctive feature of this technology is instantaneous formation of the coating layer and rapid curing and hardening.

This became possible because of the high reactivity and preliminary heating of the system's components to +80°C.

Efficient instantaneous mixing of the components taking place in mix-chamber originates from impingement of components supplied under pressure of 50 -250 bar.

Major advantages of polycarbamide elastomer coatings:

Instantaneous curing / hardening without catalysts (one can step on the surface immediately after applying)
100% solid residue, practically full absence of plasticizers
Possibility of application under high degree of humidity (till 100%) and low temperatures (till -15°C)
Exceptional adhesion to concrete, asphalt, steel (shot-blasted), wood etc
Exceptional strengthening, anticorrosive and insulating properties
High temperature resistance (short-term till +200° C)
Universality of applications and possibility to get coatings with wide range of properties (resilient and hard elastomers, raising of UV-resistance, different surface textures, etc)

Coating with layer thickness of several millimeters is created within several seconds that's why EXTRAPLAN is successfully applyed on different surfaces.

For example, for sutureless facing of floors, walls, roofs, copes and domes, ceilings, constructions with complicated geometry.
